LNG LANGLEY — LEGACY NEVER GONE
THE ARTIST
LEGACY NEVER GONE.
LNG Langley is a British independent recording artist and songwriter based between London and Norfolk, England. His music crosses UK rap, grime, drill, hip-hop, R&B, garage, drum and bass and beyond.
THE BEGINNING
His connection with music began at a young age, but around 2019 he stepped into a recording studio for the first time, with little knowledge of the recording process.
Encouraged by friends including Kenneth Kusel, Jamie Oates and Dill Farnham, he began developing his sound and discovering his artistic direction.
As a father, his greatest motivation was to show his children that dreams are worth chasing. Rather than simply telling them to pursue their ambitions, he wanted to lead by example.
THE MEANING BEHIND LNG
In 2024, Langley lost his close friend Kenneth Kusel, affectionately known as Kendog.
Honouring Kenny's memory and keeping a promise made to him became central to Langley's journey. Together with his determination to inspire his children, this gave rise to the meaning behind his artist identity.
LEGACY NEVER GONE.
His track KENDOG stands as a personal tribute to his late friend.
MUSIC WITHOUT BOUNDARIES
Refusing to be limited by one genre, Langley explores everything from hard-hitting UK rap and grime to melodic R&B, garage and reflective songwriting.
Releases including Broken Britain, Go Stupid, Kendog and I Know You So Well demonstrate the different sides of his creativity.
TIMBALAND x ORBIT GLOBAL
In 2026, Langley entered the Timbaland x Orbit Global artist competition with I Know You So Well.
Holding first place in his group from the opening round through to the final minute of the quarterfinals, he ultimately finished third following a last-minute change in the standings.
THE JOURNEY CONTINUES
For LNG Langley, music is about expression, perseverance, family, friendship and leaving something meaningful behind.
The commitment remains the same: inspire his children, honour his friend and continue pursuing the dream.
